The staff is beyond Amazing. From the very welcoming security, to the beautifully sweet front desk woman, to our host that welcomed us and took us to our penthouse. I love Mexico but this place is what makes it magical!!!

Arriving to the resort, the staff were welcoming and friendly. We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in and the room was ready. The rooms were nice and neat. The staff went out of their way to tell us if we ever needed anything they were just a call away or at the front desk. I recommend this place!
